This morning at 5.30am Barry got up and went fishing down the beach. He managed to catch 5 Tommy Roughs and a dog. The dog was an accident as it was on the beach with it's owner and decided to have a go at Barry's fishing line and got snagged on the hook instead. Cooked up the fish for dinner and shared them with Maree & Paul with some nice zucchini fritters that Maree made. Today we decided to head out to McLaren Vale and wander around a few wineries for some tastings. Beautiful day except for the bloody wind, took a picnic and sat under a nice big gum tree at Shottesbrook Winery. Managed to buy 6 nice bottles of wine from a few different wineries so a very successful day.
